Cheesy Queso is drizzled over a pile of chips

HIGH PROTEIN QUESO

Prep Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • Submersible Blender or Blender optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 C Milk to desired consistency
  • 1/4 C Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric optional, for color

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add milk to desired consistency.
  • Heat over low heat for 5-10 minutes minutes until nice and warm OR microwave in 30 second increments until warm.
  • Blending for this recipe is optional, but recommended to get the true queso texture!
