BLACKBERRY LEMONADE MINERAL SLUSH

The perfect summer drink: a refreshing and hydrating frozen Lemonade

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Ice cube tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Coconut water frozen into cubes
  • 1/2 C Frozen blackerries
  • 1/2 C Lemon juice freshly squeeze
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 splash coconut water if needed, for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If needed, add a splash of fresh coconut water to help with blending or consistency (personally, I like mine as thick as possible!)
  • Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and mint, if desired and enjoy!
