SPICY MANGO PICO
You gotta make this asap- it’s so good! I love this topped on some grilled salmon, used in tacos, or served alone as a dip!
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 large tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1-2 jalapeños
- 2 limes, juices
- salt to taste
Dice up all ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for 3-4 days!
You can add this pico to literally anything! I added some cottage cheese and called it a meal!
